The Morrison-Knudsen Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1923 in Boise, Idaho. Along with a consortium of companies, known as the Six Companies, Morrison-Knudsen build the Hoover Dam. It was involved in construction projects throughout the West and South America, including work on the Imperial Dam in Utah and in Yosemite National Park.
